Rush Orders
We take pride in our work and like to build working relationships with regular customers. But we do not want to sacrifice quality by over-extending ourselves. We owe that to ALL of our customers. But we also understand that unexpected things can and do happen - dates sneak up, plans change, life happens and all of a sudden you need something fast.
Why Rush Fees Now?
Last year we found ourselves buried in last minute orders, working all waking hours resulting in high anxiety and borderline burnout. That inevitably can lead to mistakes and oversights which we don't want to happen to ANY order!
We need to value our time and respect our existing orders. This is especially true when last minute orders call for extra hours - working early mornings, late evenings and weekends. It's just the two of us and we're parents, so it's only fair that we don't spread ourselves too thin with work.
We have realized the importance of being sure to make room for ‘sanity space’ in our schedule this year. It will take the form of occasional “no's” and rush fees. (see above)
If you think you are in a time crunch, please reach out!
We will be modifying our rush fees as-needed.
Thanks for understanding!
