Refund policy
Since everything we make is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your item.
If you feel you have a special case, you can always contact us for any return question at atomickraftworks@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Large bulk orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an issue with the product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you have a question or request for exchange, please contact us.
Refunds
For custom items, cancellations or refunds requested after a proof has been supplied will be subject to a $12 fee, as the design process does take us some time to do. If your item has already been made but has not shipped out yet, only shipping will be refunded. If it's been made and shipped, no refunds can be given.
For non-custom items, refunds will be issued if an item has not shipped yet.Â
If there is a problem with your order after you receive it, contact us and we will work with you to remedy the situation. This might included remaking the item or refunding the purchase price if there was an error on our part. If there was an oversight on the buyers side, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.Â
